This week I would like to share with you excerpts from essays that our 7thgrade students wrote about Catholic education.
Christian Lapierre writes” We are taught to respect ourselves, each other and adults as we would treat Jesus. We try to get closer to Jesus so that the middle school students can set good examples to the younger students. .Saint Paul School allows me to learn new things everyday due to the guidance of the faculty, friars and the parish community. I feel very fortunate that I get to experience Saint Paul School and I thank God for it.”
“Here at Saint Paul’s, all of the teachers and students are so close we’re practically a family!” writes Leila Gallupe, “I wish all the people in public schools could see our high standards at Saint Paul’s – it would change them forever.”
Maia Dilzer writes “Saint Paul’s provides a structured environment that makes it easier to focus on our work. It is kind of like we’re a big family, because we are always together and really get to know each other. The teachers really adapt to our work skills and habits to make every student successful.”
Haley Gagnon writes that “the teachers are kind and they will understand if you need their help. Another great thing about Catholic schools is that the teachers teach you morals and values that you can use in your life later on.” Haley concludes “I am very happy that I am privileged to attend a Catholic school and getting an A+ education.”
We are continuing to accept applications for the 2011-12 school year. If you would like to schedule a visit, please give me a call – 860-828-4343. COME SEE WHAT SAINT PAUL SCHOOL IS ALL ABOUT!
