THE EUCHARIST (MASS) - SOURCE AND SUMMIT OF ECCLESIAL LIFE
1324 The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself.

For parishioners/visitors who require low gluten hosts, we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early and go to the sacristy to let them know you need a low gluten host. We also recommend that you sit in the new wing, close to the front, and watch for a Eucharistic Minister to come to the front with a pyx containing a host for you.
