Confirmation Calls Us to Put Our Faith In Action

Service Hours must be completed at/through Saint Paul Parish or selected Saint Paul School events. Service done at school or other organizations does not count toward Confirmation Service hours. The purpose of the Service Events is to introduce the students to various ministries in our parish.

Service Events

Students must use the SERVICE HOUR LOG FORM below to record each service event they complete.

The list of Service Events shown below is updated regularly. Check back here often to see all of the upcoming opportunities.

  • Ledgecrest visits – Eucharistic ministers Mark & Mary Jane Duplin, with their son Patrick, visit Ledgecrest residents weekly on Sunday afternoons. They will meet you at the front entrance to Ledgecrest at 11:30 am. The visit itself will last about one hour. Along with the Duplin Family, students will go from room – to – room, do a little socializing, and distribute Holy Communion to the Catholic residents there. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
  • College Care Packages – Tues., Oct. 20, 2026 from 6:00-7:30 pm in the church hall. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
  • Prayer Key Rings – Mon., Oct. 26, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 pm in the school library. Help to assemble a key ring with 8 of the basic Catholic prayers. These will be given to our younger Faith Formation students in Gr. 1-3. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
  • Italian Night – Set up on Fri., Nov. 6 from 3:00-4:30 p.m., or help serve at the dinner itself on Sat., Nov. 7, 2026 from 4:30-8:30 pm in the school gym. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
  • Advent Wreath Kit Assembly – Wed., Nov. 18, 2026 from 6:30-7:30 pm in the church hall. Help prepare the contents of an Advent Wreath kit for Gr. 1-6 students and their families to make. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.

Service Hour Log

Please use this form to enter completed Service Events. Two Service Events are required per year for a total of four events that must be completed prior to being confirmed. These events must be through St. Paul Parish. The purpose of these Service Events is to introduce the students to our parish community and various ministries.
